Net 10 for life

1/3/2017

Net 10 for Life is England Netball's initiative, demonstrating our commitment to our charity partner Cancer Research UK.

Last year England Netball raised an incredible £20,000 towards life-saving research. This year we want it to be bigger and better!

For the fortnight Friday 10 March to Friday 24 March every team – in every club, league, college, school, university and Back to Netball group – is invited to take part in this fantastic initiative by pledging to donate 10p per goal scored in their weekly fixture.

You can boost your totals by getting your team mates to dress up, wear pink laces and organise courtside refreshments. Umpires are also encouraged to get involved by swapping their whites for some pinks and rounding any donations up to the nearest pound.

At the end of each match a willing volunteer needs to collect up the pledges. Remember to include your club name and county when you donate to the Regional Net 10 Just Giving page.

All funds raised in Bucks must be submitted via the South Regional 2017 Net10 Just Giving Page. Unfortunately Netball South cannot accept cash or cheques.

You can download an information pack and poster to help leagues and clubs to get fundraising.

You can also download an order form for items such as laces, t-shirts and collection buckets.

Happy fundraising!

To celebrate England Netball turning 90, we are encouraging everyone to take part as we attempt to break the Guinness World Record for the world’s “Largest Netball Exhibition Match”. To break the record we will be playing netball continuously for 90 hours – yes, that is 24 hours a day – all in the aid of Sport Relief.
This event is for everyone from performance clubs to Back to Netballers; from Nifty over Fifties to High 5; from University sides to office teams, we want you all! But don’t panic, all teams will be placed in appropriate fixtures.
