NORTH BUCKS ACADEMIES SQUADS 2014/15
NICOLA PARTRIDGE, NORTH BUCKS ACADEMIES LEAD

North Bucks Netball’s Academy programme is part of the England Netball Performance Pathway which is the process for developing national athletes with the attributes to eventually wear ‘the red dress’.

North Bucks currently has:
  • Zara Everitt at National Performance Academy.
  • Bronwyn Moulder & Caitlin Rowley at Regional Academy.
North Bucks Academy athletes progress through the Pathway following screening at various Regional events during the season.
North Bucks selected two squads for the 2014/15 season.

THE COUNTY SQUAD

The County Academy has 13 athletes ranging from age 14-16.  The girls represent their schools and local clubs – many playing in the South Regional Clubs league at U16/U19.

The coaches for this season are: Lisa Manning-Lead Coach and Amy Thompson - Assistant Coach
Training takes place at The Sports Hub, Cottesloe School, Wing on Monday evenings throughout the year.

Several of the girls have had the opportunity to attend the East Regional Academy training and Matchplay at Oaklands College in Hertfordshire: Bethan Partridge, Hannah Loveland, Yasmin Loveland, Shannon Float, Aisha Cooper, Natalia Osborne.

We hope to have more athletes selected into the Regional Academy at the end of the season.
THE SATELLITE SQUAD

The Satellite Academy has 20 athletes ranging from age 11-14.  The girls also represent their schools and local clubs – many playing in the South Regional Clubs league at U14/U16.

The coaches for this season are Sachel Grant - Lead Coach and Michelle Clarke – Assistant Coach

Training takes place at The Radcliffe School in Milton Keynes fortnightly on Monday evenings

A number of the girls have been invited to the County Academy training sessions on their ‘off week’ – this gives the girls the opportunity to experience a higher level of intensity in their training and to have a taste of what the County Academy is like before they make the transition in the future.
